IS THE youth WING OF formations
WHO WE ARE
formations started its work in 2006, resourced and supported by Christians in India across denominations.
While we work in a number of areas, working with young people is an important aspect of what we do.
OUR AIM
We seek to help youngsters cope with the challenges of life through our sessions. We equip them with character and life skills from a Biblical application perspective.

We use online platforms and live programs. Our target audience are Christian youth in the churches.

DISCLAIMER
Work Methodology
While formations works with all kinds of students, we do it only through our programs, and through registrations.
Our staff or resource persons do not communicate directly with anyone below 18 years. All communications to those below 18 happen through the phone numbers/ email IDs of their parents. We consider the registrations received as the consent of the parents for their kids to attend the programs.
Counselling services
Formations does not provide counselling services to anyone. For any, counselling or advice we at best help you get in touch with those qualified to do it through the helplines for the same.
Content
Formations is not responsible for any consequence arising out of misunderstanding, or personal interpretation of anything that we provide through print, audio or video content. None of the things we teach should be interpreted or treated as a replacement for medical advice.
Communication of speakers and participants
Most of the our sessions are done by our own staff and volunteers. We also have friends who come as guest speakers for speaking on topics of their expertise.
Communication with our Staff
As a general rule, we do not allow any personal communications between the resource persons and the participants of the program outside the program. In the case of doubts, extra resources etc. , the channel of communication will be the formations official number / mail ID. All interactions is limited to and must happen through mails, with formations, or feedback links given and responses for these are sent from the communication wing of the organisation only.
Communication with external resource persons
We call other speakers known to us, who have expertise on the topic to take sessions for the benefit of the participants. For any further help(for example, finding services from a career guidance organisation etc. or more questions), if the student wishes to get in touch with the guest speaker - they will be allowed on a case to case basis. Formations is not to be held responsible for the outcomes of those interactions.
Communication between participants

Online programs
We take care in our online programs that there will be no private communication between the girl and boy participants. In the case of interactive sessions, we have separate breakout rooms for girls and boys.

Offline programs
We take care in all our on-site programs as and when they happen, that there will be no male to female discussions and female to male discussions as part of the program. The interactions and discussions that happening during the program will mainly be in separate boys only, girls only groups.
Beyond these checks and balances, if any situation arises the organisation cannot be held responsible for the same.
