All good things come to an end - is it Biblical?

It is a very common idiom that’s used to tell that the great things in life will not last forever.
We don’t think it’s a problem to use the idiom to remind the fact that in this world, nothing is going to last forever. But at the same time, we do know that there is something that lasts forever – and that’s an eternity with God. So yes, though we know that no great thing here on earth is going to last, we have something to look forward to in heaven – and that’s not going to end.
